THE CUPS

Too big and your pads are going to get wrinkled or creased. Too small and you're going to be spilling out from over the cups and the sides. The perfect size should fit comfortably, snuggly and have no overspill.

CUP OVERFLOW

If your cup cuts you just above your nipple, stop right there because it's too small. Not to worry though, you just need to move a size up.

SIDE OVERFLOW

Don't hang on the side.

Simply go up a cup size or loosen your band.

STRAPS DIGGING IN

Take that weight off your shoulders! if your straps are digging in it means your band isn't doing its share of the work. Make sure your band is sitting snuggly enough and if you are a larger cups size, maybe try a style with wider straps to make sure you're getting all the support you need.

CUP GAPPING

Mind the gap! The simplest solution may be just tightening your straps or perhaps moving down a cup size. If you're still having issues maybe try out a style that gives your breast an extra boost such as a Push-up.

WIRE SITS ON BREAST

Comfort alert! Always make sure you can fit two fingers in between the back of the band. Try use a size that is still cozy on its loosest hook so you have space to tighten things up as your bra stretches out.

TIGHT BAND IS THE RIGHT BAND

All bras stretch but that really doesn't have to be an issue. Wear your new bra on its loosest hook and you'll be able to tighten your band as you need to.

SLIPPING STRAP

The simple solution : tighten your straps at least once a month or so. If tightness isn't the issue then you may need to try a new style with narrower straps.

MEASURING STEP 1

If you're still trying to figure out your perfect size don't worry, we've got you covered. First you're going to want to figure out your band size. Stand up straight and measure directly or get a friend to help you). Remember to breath and relax. Take your measurement and round it to the nearest whole even number.

MEASURING STEP 2

Next step? Figure out your cup size. Wear a non-padded bra that's supportive to get the most accurate info here. Simply measure around the fullest part of your bust, usually at nipple height.

MEASURING STRAPS

As the days go by, gravity is going to do its thing and your straps are slowly going to loosen. Take time when you can, even if its a monthly check, and make sure everything is fitting as securely and supportively as it should be.

SCOOP & SWOOP

Tuck in your breasts quickly and easily with the scoop and swoop technique. Just pull your wire back and scoop your cups to where they should be.

THE UNDER BAND

Make sure your under band is the right fit. First step : lift your arms and check if your breast spills out from under the cups. Next : fasten your band on its loosest hook, grip the middle of the band and then pull it back. It shouldn't go back more than one and a half inches.

Your under band should sit in a perfect horizontal line around your body.

THE BACK

Your straps should be parallel or in a slight V shape at the back. The band should sit straight and feel comfortable. Straps should not dig into your shoulders.
